How To Use

1. How to Register & Log In

  1. Click My Account at the top navigation bar.
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. Fill in your basic information and shipping address.
  4. After registration, you can log in anytime with your email and password.

Tips:

Please use your commonly used email to receive order confirmations and shipping updates.

2. How to Browse Products

  1. Browse categories from the main navigation menu.
  2. Use the search bar to find products by name or keyword.
  3. On the product list page, you can filter items by price, popularity and new arrivals.
  4. Click any product to view details, pictures, price, size and description.

3. How to Add to Cart & Checkout

  1. Select size / color / quantity on the product page.
  2. Click Add to Cart.
  3. After shopping, click the Cart icon on the top right.
  4. Check your items, then click Proceed to Checkout.

4. How to Fill in Shipping Address

  1. Fill in your full name, country, street address, city, postal code and phone number.
  2. Make sure the address is correct for smooth delivery.
  3. You can save multiple addresses in your account for next-time use.

5. Payment Method & How to Pay

We support:

  • Visa / Mastercard / American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Steps:

  1. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
  2. Fill in your payment details correctly.
  3. Click Place Order to complete payment.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

6. Order Tracking

  1. After your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email.
  2. You can check real-time shipping status via the tracking link.
  3. You can also view all orders and tracking records in My Account — My Orders.

7. Return & Exchange Process

  1. If you receive damaged, wrong or defective items, contact our customer service within 30 days.
  2. Provide your order number and product photos.
  3. We will send you return instructions.
  4. After receiving and checking the returned item, we will arrange refund or replacement.

8. Account Management

  • Edit personal information and shipping addresses
  • View order history, pending orders and completed orders
  • Reset password anytime in My Account
  • Subscribe to newsletter for discounts and new product updates
